Nexion Technologies builds compliance-first data platforms for regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, and finance. Our flagship product, Nexion Data Platform, enforces governance and compliance at runtime, before data is persisted, enabling audit-ready analytics, AI, and data operations.

This is not a transactional sales role.

This is a technical, consultative, enterprise sales position.

You will work directly with the founder and technical leadership to drive adoption of a complex, high-value platform. Your job is to validate fit, demonstrate value, and close enterprise deals, not push features.

What You’ll Do

• Lead enterprise sales conversations with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data, Security, and Compliance

• Run technical demos and proof-of-concept deployments using Nexion’s automated installer

• Translate complex architectures (data platforms, governance, compliance) into clear business value

• Qualify opportunities and filter out poor-fit or high-risk customers

• Support pilots, trials, and enterprise evaluations

• Collaborate closely with product and architecture teams

• Help define Nexion’s enterprise sales playbook

• Not an SDR or cold-calling role

• Not SMB or high-volume sales

• Not discount-driven selling

• Not feature-pitching

This role is about trust, depth, and precision.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical sales cycles with enterprise customers
  • Conduct architecture-level product demos
  • Manage proof-of-concept deployments
  • Qualify and disqualify leads based on technical and regulatory fit
  • Work directly with the founder on strategic deals
  • Capture customer feedback to improve positioning
  • Support contract discussions and deal structuring

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling technical B2B enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud, or analytics infrastructure
  • Ability to explain complex systems clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with long sales cycles and high ACV deals ($100K+)
  • Comfortable working closely with a technical founder
  • Strong written and spoken English and Spanid (clarity > accent)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, finance)
  • Familiarity with compliance concepts (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI)
  • Background as a solutions engineer, architect, or technical consultant
  • Experience selling platforms (not tools)
